Pero: ¿podemos elegir lo que pensamos?

Lo que podemos es modificar los hábitos de pensar.
Pensamientos hay muchos, porque nuestra mente es como un océano profundo lleno de toda clase de criaturas.
El subconsciente es un universo (o un multiverso) enorme, vasto y desconocido.
He ahí el gran territorio por explorar.
Sin embargo es evidente que hay pensamientos que predominan.
Y así se va moldeando toda nuestra vida.
No sólo cuentan los pensamientos... si no las emociones que nos mueven y conmueven.
Las emociones dan vida a los pensamientos.
Hay vidas grises, escasamente emocionales o emocionantes.
Hay vidas con más o menos color.
Hay vidas que tienden al negro, al gris o al blanco.
Atrévete a observar tus pensamientos.
He dicho OBSERVAR.
Blancos, grises, negros, rojos y amarillos.
Musicales o disfónicos.
Tú observa.
Y elige SENTIR aquellos que te aportan luz, color, alegría y bienestar.
Al final, es un juego de la Conciencia.
Estás vivo. Estás viva. Y escoges lo que te conviene.
Cuanto más se piensa en algo, más se atrae.
Tú atraes tu propia vida.
Cuanto más hablamos de cosas que no nos gustan, más las fortalecemos.
No voy a citar ninguna... pero los noticieros están llenos de ideas que se prolongan y se fortalecen en el tiempo.
Una especie de contaminación mental.
Nos contaminamos unos a otros difundiendo ideas negativas.
Piensa en grande, piensa en color, piensa musicalmente, piensa bonito.
Tú puedes elegir. Aunque sea un poco.
Y las cosas cambian.
No huyas de tus pensamientos. OBSERVALOS.
Finalmente elige la dirección en la que quieres ir.
Vívela. Siéntela. Intensamente.

Si piensas mal de otro, cometes tres iniquidades simultáneas:
1. Llenas el ambiente que te rodea de malos pensamientos en vez de hacerlo con los buenos, y así aumentas las trstezas del mundo.
2. Si en aquél en quien piensas existe el mal que le atribuyes, lo referzas y alimentas, y así, haces que tu hermano llegue a ser peor en vez de mejorar. Pero si el mal no existe en él, y tan sólo lo has imaginado, entonces tu maligno pensamiento tienta a tu hermano y lo induce a obrar mal, porque, si no es todavía perfecto, puedes convertirlo en aquello que de él has pensado.
3. Alimentas tu propia mente con malos pensamientos en vez de buenos, impidiendo así tu propio desarrollo y convirtiéndote, a los ojos de quienes pueden ver, en un objeto feo y repulsivo, en vez de bello y amable.
